Conveniently located off South Rittenhouse Road at East Village Loop and within the rapidly expanding Phoenix, Arizona suburb of Queen Creek, the Villages at Queen Creek offer golf community living at surprisingly affordable prices. Designed and built primarily by Richmond American within just the last few years, new home construction is still ongoing in parts of the community, with average prices hovering in the $160,000 range for 2400 square-foot homes both on and off the golf course. The Villages at Queen Creek offer residents more than golf; recreation fields, tot lots, walking trails and a community pool are part of the living experience, and being within the confines of Queen Creek, shopping, restaurant and entertainment venues are abundant.
